Stratum Nutrition has recently announced its affiliation with the United Natural Products Alliance, the Upcycled Certification of its flagship ingredient NEM eggshell membrane and its presence on the TraceGains ingredient marketplace platform.

Upcycled Certification of NEM
The mission of the Upcycled Food Association and the Upcycled Certified Program is to reduce food waste by utilising ingredients that would usually be thrown away.
Upcycled products use ingredients that have full nutritional value and are safe, but for various reasons, would have gone to waste.
The UFA supports ambitious sustainability certification plans and partners with leading certifiers that uphold the definition and integrity of the upcycled foods sector.
Upcycled Certified is currently the only third-party certification for upcycled foods globally.
Stratum Nutrition's NEM eggshell membrane ingredient has become Upcycled Certified, meaning the eggshell membrane ingredient the company handles has been procured and produced using verifiable supply chains, whilst meeting the standards required by the UFA and the UCP.
Two other ingredients from Stratum, ESC eggshell calcium and Eggshell Membrane Collagen Support Complex, have also received the Upcycled Certified designation.
TraceGains
