FrieslandCampina Ingredients, a developer of functional ingredients, will return to this year’s Fi Europe show, virtually and in-person in Frankfurt, Germany.
To help brands tap into consumer demand for healthy-on-the-go products, the company will be showcasing its fortified protein water concept, 45D. Built on Nutri Whey Isolate Clear, the drink concept can be formulated with other ingredients in a range of flavours. Ramon Mommersteeg, Segment Marketing Nanager for performance and active nutrition, will be discussing the potential of clear applications in a talk, ‘Protein drinks, a clear opportunity’, taking place on November 22.
According to FMCG Gurus, a quarter of global consumers suffer from digestive health complaints. At the event, FrieslandCampina will be showcasing its PRO-Digest Health Shot concept, combining probiotics with its Biotic GOS prebiotic, developed in collaboration with Lallemand Health Solutions.
