Fytexia and B Natural, a brown propolis refinement and extraction business, have announced a decision to enter into a strategic agreement.
Propolis, a compound with health benefits created by bees, is a recognised source of polyphenols with numerous health benefits, and the natural resource is at the centre of the cooperation announced by the two companies.
Fytexia has reportedly been looking to make a strategic investment in a source of propolis, choosing B Natural for its quality, sourcing and standardisation. The company’s patented extraction method enables batch-to-batch uniformity and ease of production.
For the partnership itself, Fytexia has invested in B Natural to accelerate growth and the companies are now defining a plan for co-investment to develop propolis-centred products.
