Hantian Labs acquires Canadian firm Gravity Nutritionals

Plans to launch Alpha Elite supplement in Q1 2015


Hantian Labs, a Liverpool, UK-based nutraceuticals company, has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Gravity Nutritionals, for an undisclosed sum.

Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, Gravity Nutritionals is a leading supplement and nutrition company in Canada.

Hantian says Gravity's products, including the Blue Bull brand, are undergoing a complete clinical review, reformulation and rebranding to meet both its high standards and those of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK.

Hantian Labs' latest development, Alpha Elite, a supplement said to combat natural testosterone deterioration and enhance overall male performance, will launch in the first quarter of 2015.
