Aaron Secrist has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Quality, R&D and Operations of the Now Health Group. Among his direct reports will be the new VP of Operations, Joe Carney.
Aaron was hired as Now’s Quality & Regulatory Manager in 2011. “I am excited about the opportunity to raise the bar for our operations team,” Aaron said. “We are on a journey of continuous improvement and want to be a truly world class manufacturing operation in every sense of the word.”
Joe Carney brings with him over 15 years of operations and continuous improvement experience, working for food manufacturing companies in North America such as Conagra Brands, Bimbo Bakeries USA, and most recently overseeing the manufacturing operation for Beyond Meat. Joe has a high standard for the safe, quality production of manufactured goods and a “servant leadership, team first” approach.
“I’m excited about joining the NOW team for many reasons. Perhaps the biggest reason and motivation comes from the company’s values, which include People, Position, Focus, Heart and Commitment,” Joe said. “If we truly value each other and the contributions made by all, there’s no telling how far we can go, and I want nothing more than to be a part of that journey.”
