Vitafoods Europe is the most focused event in the world devoted to ingredients and raw materials for the nutraceutical, dietary supplement and functional food and drink industries

Consumer demand for healthier food and beverage products with more functional benefits is growing worldwide, with recent Euromonitor International data stating that the global market for fortified/functional food and beverage was worth almost $264 billion in 2013.
