Sunvolec is a sunflower-derived liquid lecithin. It is obtained through the extraction of sunflower seeds, a process that results in a pure lecithin that is soy-free, gluten-free and vegan. Lecithin is most commonly used in dietary supplements requiring an emulsifier.
