Nutrasource Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Services, a nutraceutical and pharmaceutical testing company, has recently completed a 3,000 sqft expansion of its main facility in Guelph, Ontario. Following an expansion in late 2020, this space brings in seven offices, 10 workstations, a boardroom and an upgrade to the sample processing room which will be triple the size of the previous processing lab area.

The company’s certifications and analytics group is dedicated to customer care and quality assurance for all testing requirements, provided through a network of laboratories. The company offers testing in the natural health product industry, the functional food and beverage industry, as well as the cosmetic industry.
“This expansion was something we were looking to do last year, but with COVID, we didn’t know what to expect, and what our workforce would look like,” continued Rowe. “We are excited to be able to provide a new designated work area for the Certifications by Nutrasource department, additional rooms for our clinical trials group and expanded workspace for our staff.”
Certifications by Nutrasource is a third-party certification programme focused on natural health ingredients that includes the International Fish Oil Standards, International GMO Evaluation and Notification Program, International Probiotic Testing Program, and the International Cannabinoid Analysis Program.
With the expansion, the company has added what it calls hotel workstations, which are designed to provide employees with a more work from home / work from office life balance.
