Mineral producer Omya has announced its acquisition of Prima Inter-Chem, a distributor of ingredients and specialty chemicals in Malaysia and Indonesia.
With this move, the company has developed its ingredient and specialty chemicals distribution capability in these countries for the food, pharmaceutical, animal feed and industrial markets. In addition, it establishes a platform for growth for the wider region.
