Qualitas Health signs distribution agreement with Xsto Solutions
For its Almega PL omega-3 ingredient
Qualitas Health has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Xsto Solutions for its vegetarian Almega PL omega-3 ingredient in the US.
The deal coincides with the recent construction and expansion of Qualitas’ West Texas algae farming operation. Qualitas will maintain direct sales to a number of key accounts.
'There is a good fit between Xsto’s experience in omega-3s and focus on value-added branded ingredients,' said David Hart, VP of Marketing at Qualitas Health. 'The company's talented and respected sales team will expand our reach in the US, which is the largest omega-3 market in the world.'
Almega PL is a new omega-3 nutrition ingredient that is vegetarian, sustainable and EPA-rich, with a polar-lipid structure.
