Tereos, the world’s third largest sugar producer, will present its wide range of sweetening solutions, covering sugar, starch, starch sweeteners and stevia extracts, at FiE.

Our experts will share innovative concepts in sweetening formulations for organoleptic, technological and nutritional performance.

Within the 'Health and Wellness Trends' conference module, Michel Flambeau, Application and Customer Technical Support Director, will highlight Tereos’ recent findings regarding reformulation opportunities available with stevia extracts, soluble fibres, polyols and glucose syrups.

The company will also present its latest innovations using wheat proteins.
