A recent study has revealed that a glass of red wine a day can keep diabetes under control, say scientists.

The study of patients who did not normally drink found that those who had a regular tipple with their evening meal had healthier hearts and cholesterol levels than those who drank mineral water or white wine instead.

Researchers followed 224 participants with type 2 diabetes - the form linked to obesity - for 2 years and put their findings down to the healthy antioxidants in dark grapes called phenols, the most well known of which is resveratrol.

Nature's Plus is all too aware of the benefits of resveratrol, which is way their AgeLoss range (specifically Rejuvabolic) contains a patent pending PentaTrol brand 5-tier trans-resveratrol, which addresses all five major trans-resveratrol metabolic pathways and contains the benefits of 365 glasses of red wine in just one serving!
