Xylitol Canada, a manufacturer of products using the natural sweetener xylitol, has elected four new directors to its board.
Andrew Reid, Tom Kierans, Roger Daher and Horst Hueniken will hold office until the next annual shareholders' meeting in 2015.
At this year's meeting, held on 17 July, shareholders also voted to approve the company's stock option plan and the re-appointment of MNP as auditors for the ensuing year.
