As health priorities evolve post-pandemic, there is a noticeable shift from long-term concerns about physical illness to a more immediate focus on daily well-being, particularly on emotional wellness.

According to FMCG Gurus consumer insights, 28% of global consumers identify emotional health as their top wellness priority for the coming year.

Although general health and wellness remain a central goal, consumers are placing a heightened emphasis on mood, energy levels, digestive health and weight management.
