OmniActive Health Technologies has announced the appointment of Mark Dewis as CEO, effective immediately. Dewis will be based in OmniActive's Morristown, USA office.
The company says it’s continued dynamic growth under the leadership and guidance of founder Sanjaya Mariwala, who will remain Executive Chair & MD. "It is with tremendous excitement that I announce Mark's appointment," Sanjaya said. "His proven success and forward-thinking, customer-centric approach is exactly what is needed to drive our next phase of growth."
Dewis is a leader with nearly three decades of experience in the health, nutrition, flavours and food & beverages sectors. He joins from International Flavors & Fragrance (IFF) where he spent more than two decades and most recently was President.
Dewis also brings experience in delivering value through M&A. He holds a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Science and is a graduate from University of Nottingham, Nottingham, England.
