Tate & Lyle appoints President of Innovation and Development

Victoria joins from Barilla, the Italian multinational food company, where she was Chief Global Research Development and Quality Officer since 2014

Tate & Lyle has announced Victoria Spadaro Grant has joined the company as President, Innovation and Commercial Development. She will also be a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Victoria will lead the company’s global approach to product application and technical services, and scientific, nutrition and regulatory affairs, as well as delivering the company’s R&D strategy in partnership with global business divisions and external innovation partners.

She has held senior R&D roles with brands including Mars Chocolate, Kraft Heinz and PepsiCo.

Victoria takes over the role from Andrew Taylor who is now leading Tate & Lyle’s Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America region.
