Nutraceutical company Cepham has debuted its Life Phases and Stages Blends (LPAS Blends) collection — a new line of bioactive ingredients designed to address nutritional needs at various life milestones.
The pre-formulated product lines are specifically tailored to support consumers in specific life stages, including the early years and the latter stages of life.
The polyphenol blends aim to cater to the growing personalised nutrition market, and can help dietary supplement formulators to support a wide range of demographics.
Going personalised
Up until recently, the dietary supplement industry has largely focused on creating products for a general demographic.
However, this approach often overlooks the unique physiology, lifestyle habits and goals of the modern consumer.
This trend has caused a shift towards personalised nutrition within the ingredient and supplement industries, notes Founder and President of Cepham, Anand Swaroop. "Health isn't static; our needs evolve as we progress through life's different stages."
"By creating the LPAS Blends, we hope to reflect this reality by offering formulations that provide precise nutritional support tailored to each phase. We're taking a step forward in the evolution of personalised nutrition," he comments.
To formulate these ingredient solutions, Cepham began by identifying key health concerns associated with each life phase.
These include cognitive support for students, metabolic balance for young professionals and hormone-balancing ingredients for women going through the menopause.
According to Cepham, its plant polyphenol-rich blends are optimised for bioavailability, absorption and efficacy.
“By preemptively developing these specialised polyherbal blends, Cepham is meeting the growing demand for personalised supplement solutions,” Swaroop said.
“Consumers are looking for products that align with their life circumstances, and supplement brands are seeking reliable, research-backed ingredient solutions. Our LPAS Blends provide a scientifically validated approach to delivering targeted health benefits.”
