Barry Callebaut, specialist manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products, announced it has successfully closed the acquisition of the ingredients division of Gertrude Hawk Chocolates in the US, the integration will start immediately

The parties have agreed not to disclose any financial details of the transaction.
