Capsaicinoids science talk at Bridge2Foods


OmniActive Health Technologies sponsoring Bridge2Foods, will present a sports nutrition speaking session on Capsaicinoids science

Chili peppers and capscaicinoids contain active ingredients which affect metabolism, health, well-being and longevity

OmniActive will be delivering the speaking session, “Increasing Energy Metabolism and Appetite Suppression for Better Performance and Health with Active Ingredients from Chili Pepper and Capsaicinoids” at the Bridge2Food’s 7th Sports and Active Nutrition Summit, which takes place June 12-14, 2017 at the NH Conference Centre, Amsterdam (The Netherlands).

The much anticipated speaking session will be presented by Dr Melinda Culver on June 14th from 9:30-9:55 am as part of Track II: Innovation & Research.

Attendees will be provided with a discussion on what the role of metabolism and its impact on health, well-being and longevity, an overview of chili peppers and capscaicinoids and a scientific review of the research on encapsulated capsicum.

Attendees are welcome to the OmniActive booth during the remainder of the summit to discuss the latest science, technologies and ingredients for the sports nutrition and active lifestyle categories.
