Roquette has launched a wheat-free nutraceutical excipient product enabling a gluten-free claim to respond to consumer demands.
The new wheat-free mannitol grade for direct compression is now available with similar direct compression tabletting properties to complement the existing PEARLITOL SD mannitol grades. This has enabled high productivity direct compression tabletting, a key manufacturing process for nutraceutical supplement companies.
The new addition is called PEARLITOL SW-F, developed through a secure supply chain & manufacturing process controls, enabling in-demand consumer claim of gluten-free. The product is additionally tooth-friendly (sugar-free) and non-GMO.
