With functional-beverage launches up 18% in the past year and rising consumer demand for health-forward, clean-label ingredients, Nexira is presenting targeted solutions for formulators at Food Ingredients Europe 2025. From dietary fibres to botanical extracts and natural texturisers, the company’s booth is poised to be a hub of inspiration, innovation and tasting experiences.

“Consumers are taking greater ownership of their health, and beverages are becoming a key vehicle for delivering that nutrition in enjoyable, personalised and convenient formats,” says Charlotte Wallart, Food Product Manager at Nexira. At FIE, visitors will be offered three beverages: a refreshing prebiotic water, a morning boost latte and a sunrise mocktail.
