The non-profit will give members an opportunity to augment their careers through tutoring or to mentor up-and-coming people working in the nutraceuticals business

Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), the non-profit spearheaded by a cohort of global nutraceutical leaders to drive gender equality in the industry, has announced a new opportunity for members to augment their careers as well as another to mentor others working in the nutraceuticals business.

The WIN Entrepreneurship Committee announced that its inaugural Entrepreneurship Training and Pitch Contest programmes are now open to female founders in nutraceuticals and wellness.

Only 25 spots for companies are available, with applications now open.

Ten companies will then have the opportunity to pitch live at the WIN Summit, gaining visibility with mentors, potential partners and investors, with participants receiving expert-led training and feedback on their business model.

The application deadline is Oct 13, 2025.

The Mentorship Committee is looking for passionate industry professionals who want to make a difference by helping others grow, connect and succeed.

Being a mentor can make a lasting impact on someone’s career journey, as well as expand your professional network within the global nutraceutical community.

It also strengthens your leadership, event planning and collaboration skills.

Available volunteer roles include the following:

  • Alumni sub-committee: keep WIN’s mentorship community connected and engaged after programme completion
  • Toolbox & Resources sub-committee: develop and maintain resources to support mentors and mentees
  • Networking & Community sub-committee: foster connections through events, meetups and online engagement
  • Software & Technology sub-committee: support digital tools, platforms and technology for the programme operations
  • Learning & Development Event Management sub-committee: plan and execute training and development sessions
  • Onboarding sub-committee: onboard new committee members in the mentorship group, manage training, succession plans and exit process
  • Commencement & Celebration sub-committee: organise graduation and recognition events for participants.
