Ritual’s omega-3 is held in a citrus essence capsule, meaning it does not have the traditional fishy taste you might expect from such a supplement. It features a dose of 500mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which, in the Mediterranean diet, is often seen as the gold standard in nutrition.
