Artemis International will be celebrating its 30th anniversary through the launch of a new product in partnership with Vegan Minerals: WholeCal, a unique, sustainably-sourced calcium ingredient derived from calcified macroalgae (Lithothamnion).
The official debut will take place at SupplySide Global 2025 in Las Vegas, October 28-30, at booth #3145.
WholeCal is a revolutionary new ingredient featuring naturally sourced calcium, designed to support bone health and whole-body wellness. WholeCal reflects Artemis’s continued commitment to innovation, sustainability and the integration of nature and science.
"Thirty years ago, we set out to redefine how the world sees berries — not just as food, but as powerful, science-backed health solutions," said Jan Mills, founder of Artemis International.
“Artemis has built a reputation in the industry for not only high-quality, science-proven ingredients, but also dedicated customer service."
"Our people are our core strength, both at Artemis and with our industry partners.”
“Over time, we have pivoted and adapted as our industry has evolved and added a wide variety of non-berry ingredients to our portfolio," adds Leslie Gallo, President of Artemis International.
“Just this year, we added WholeCran, ACE blends and several more."
"The latest is WholeCal, which represents the next evolution in that mission. It’s a product that perfectly embodies our philosophy: Clean. Natural. Effective. Backed by science."
Attendees at SupplySide Global 2025 can experience the innovation first-hand at Artemis’s booth, where product demonstrations, scientific data and application samples will be available.
Company leadership and product development experts will be on-site to discuss the formulation opportunities and health benefits of WholeCal as well as other ingredients, discussing relevance in the booming active ageing, women's health and functional food markets.
In addition, visitors are invited to attend a Wine & Cheese reception celebrating Artemis’ 30th anniversary.
The event will be held at booth #3145 on Wednesday, October 29, starting at 3 pm.
