Ingredients By Nature and its legacy partner, Brewster Nutrition, are celebrating more than 80 years of combined ingredient manufacturing experience and service to the natural foods industry by unveiling new branding.
The initiative includes a new logo and website for both companies. BrandHive, a leading healthy-lifestyle marketing, branding and public relations agency, was retained for development of the new branding earlier this year.
Brewster Nutrition started in 1928 as Test Laboratories and was founded by Dr William Test as a research and development company. When the company was purchased in 1950 by Marshall L. Brewster, the company experienced its first branding evolution by changing its name and business focus to a manufacturer of high-quality vitamins and minerals.
The business eventually evolved to become a pioneer raw material manufacturer in the 1960s, specialising in citrus bioflavonoids, alfalfa concentrates and yucca extracts. Brewster Nutrition and long time strategic partner, Syntech International, formed Ingredients By Nature in response to the industry's growing need for ingredients of superior quality.
Ingredients By Nature develops, produces and markets science-based ingredients, proprietary extracts and formula innovations for niche markets, including nutritional supplements, functional food and beverages, cosmetics and animal nutrition.
