DKSH Indonesia achieves two ISO certifications

Both the company's quality management and environmental management have been certified according to the standards agency

DKSH Indonesia’s Business Unit Performance Materials was recently accredited with two ISO certifications: the 9001:2015 Quality Management system certification and 14001:2015 Environmental Management system certification.

The company’s Business Unit Performance Materials, a distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, received two major ISO certifications for its Narogong distribution centre. The certifications were obtained after through a series of rigorous assessments conducted by the local official certification body accredited by the IAS (International Accreditation Service).

The ISO 9001 certification is reportedly awarded to companies that demonstrate commitment and consistency in maintaining and improving the quality of their products and services to meet expectations as well as in achieving customer satisfaction. The 14001 certification indicates the company’s processes and the resulting products have fulfilled their contribution to environmental regulations, pollution prevention, and continuous improvement.
