Todd brings with him over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of dietary supplements and over the counter (OTC) products, with a proven record of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process innovation.
Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen large scale production facilities, driving efficiencies and quality improvements in highly regulated environments. Todd has managed cross-functional teams, overseen manufacturing processes, and driven continuous improvement initiatives that have led to measurable gains in productivity and cost reduction. His leadership style is a people first mindset, leveraging collaborative and data-driven decisions, ensuring that organisational objectives are clearly aligned with operational outcomes. He is adept at implementing lean methodologies, optimising workflows, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Todd most recently held the position of Vice President of Operations for Perrigo. He had oversight of their OTC & Oral Care business units, along with U.S. distribution and transportation.
As COO, Todd will be responsible for leading all NHG-US manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and engineering functions.
