Saanroo strengthens clinical and commercial leadership with three strategic appointments

AUSTIN, Texas — April 2, 2026 — Saanroo, a global leader in science-driven wellness ingredients, announced three strategic hires that further strengthen its scientific and commercial leadership: Pavitra Viswanath as Director of Clinical Affairs, Liza Pepple as Sales Director, Southeast; and Ezra Jones as Sales Director, Northeast

Viswanath joins Saanroo as Director of Clinical Affairs, overseeing global clinical research and supporting the development, execution, and translation of studies across the company’s ingredient portfolio. She brings a strong combination of scientific research, medical communication, and cross-functional collaboration to the role. Most recently, she served as the Medical Science Liaison Manager, Oncology, at Eli Lilly and Company.

Pepple brings more than 20 years of experience across the food, beverage, and nutrition industries. A chemical engineer from Clemson University, she has built her career at the intersection of science, innovation, and commercialisation, with expertise spanning production engineering, research, and product management. During her 17 years at Juice Plus+, she built and led the product team, helping launch clinically studied products designed to improve health and wellness. More recently, she has led a consulting business, working with startups and established brands to develop science-backed products that connect with consumers and succeed in the market.

Jones brings more than 14 years of experience in the nutraceutical industry, with a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, regulatory alignment, and revenue growth. He has helped launch new business divisions, support international supplier entry into the U.S. market, and build high-value pipelines through customer-focused sales strategies. Most recently, he worked in East Coast new business development, building strategic partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and generating a multimillion-dollar pipeline in a short period.
