Mo is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in operations, product development, and strategic planning across the CPG industry. Throughout his career, he has led multimillion-dollar sales initiatives, managed global teams, and successfully launched award-winning products in both domestic and international markets. Known for driving growth and operational excellence, Mo has a proven track record in supply chain leadership, cross-functional collaboration and mentoring future industry leaders. His approach focuses on building strong internal capabilities rather than relying on external solutions.
