Gargiule brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across the consumer health, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. His background includes developing finance functions, implementing enterprise systems and managing business integrations.
He joins Vitaquest from medical device manufacturer Spectrum Vascular, where he served as vice-president of finance and corporate controller. During his time there, he established the company’s accounting, finance, IT and human resources functions, led the implementation of a QAD enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and oversaw the financial integration of two acquisitions.
Previously, Gargiule was chief financial officer at Douglas Electrical Components and vice-president of finance at consumer health company Advantice Health, where he supported the business through a period of significant growth.
His appointment follows the arrival of Tim Condron as chief executive officer in April and Luigi Cappello as chief commercial officer. The leadership changes form part of Vitaquest’s strategy for 2026, which focuses on customer relationships, innovation and strengthening the company as an employer.
“Martin is an outstanding addition to the team,” said Condron. “He has spent his career building the financial discipline, systems and insight that allow manufacturing businesses to grow with confidence.”
Gargiule said he would focus on providing teams with the financial insight and infrastructure needed to support investment and business growth.
