The rise of GLP-1 medications is generating far-reaching behavioural shifts that extend well beyond weight management, according to new research from Acosta Group.

The company's proprietary GLP-1 shopper study, conducted in February of this year among more than 2000 US adults, including 213 current GLP-1 users, points to a sweeping "halo effect" that is redefining consumer priorities across food, nutraceuticals, personal care and foodservice.
