The French flavour company has acquired FROMATECH Ingredients B.V., a savoury flavour and functional ingredient specialist operating across more than 70 countries, with around 70% of its business concentrated in the Middle East and North Africa region

MANE has announced the acquisition of Dutch savoury flavour specialist FROMATECH Ingredients B.V., an international company recognised for its expertise in savoury flavour solutions and its strong presence in high-growth markets, notably in the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa).

In a statement, MANE said the acquisition met several key requirements of its development strategy, including enhanced access to high-growth markets, particularly the MENA region, which accounts for around 70% of FROMATECH Ingredients' business, as well as complementary expertise with MANE, both in product offerings and geographical presence.

The purchase is MANE's second since the beginning of 2026, after the recent acquisition of Chemosensoryx Biosciences.

The company said that the purchases enable it to sustainably strengthen its innovation capabilities and market share in strategic regions.

FROMATECH operates two main sites in the Netherlands and has subsidiaries in Dubai, Poland, Serbia and Germany, as well as a commercial branch in Jordan.

The company is known for its international experience and multicultural teams that anticipate local market needs and deliver tailored technical support and effective solutions quickly.

MANE added that it will maintain FROMATECH Ingredients' operational independence, which will continue to operate autonomously and plans a measured, gradual integration of FROMATECH Ingredients within the Group to safeguard existing operations and customer relationships.

"We are delighted to welcome the FROMATECH Ingredients B.V. teams to the MANE Group," said Samantha Mane, President of the MANE Group.

This acquisition is fully aligned with our growth strategy in high-potential markets, while respecting the identity and model that have contributed to FROMATECH Ingredients B.V.'s success.

"By combining our strengths, we will be able to offer even more innovative and tailored solutions to our customers worldwide."

"FROMATECH Ingredients B.V. has built a robust model, based on technical expertise, close customer relationships and an excellent understanding of its markets," added Peter Pruijssers, CEO of FROMATECH Ingredients B.V.

By preserving its DNA while encouraging gradual integration, this acquisition creates very solid foundations for sustainable and complementary growth within the MANE Group.
