Indena’s experts are preparing for Vitafoods Europe with a series of informative presentations about new nutraceutical products, diving deep into the scientific background and natural inspiration behind each ingredient.

The company has also announced the second edition of its biennial prize dedicated to the memory of its founder “Biagio Alberto Della Beffa”.
In partnership with the International Summer School of Natural Products ISSNP, the initiative allows Indena to support young talents in the field of chemistry and natural substances in particular: in honour of Indena’s founder, three bright chemists, pharmacists or pharmaceutical chemists will receive a grant to further their studies and the opportunity of an internship at Indena.
The “Biagio Alberto Della Beffa" is directed to chemists, pharmacists and pharmaceutical chemists possessing at least one of the following titles/requisites related to chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences:
- currently attending a PhD course’s 2nd year or higher;
- having achieved a PhD degree between 2021 and 2023;
- currently attending a postgraduate course;
- holding a postgraduate qualification.
The 3 winners will be awarded a grant of €5,000,000 and will benefit from a 6-month internship at Indena’s premises, which includes a managerial course.
