Premium Blendhub facilities and products gain kosher certification

The facilities in Spain and products used by Premium Ingredients, a producer of blended functional food ingredients included in the Premium Blendhub trademark, have achieved kosher certification.

This certification, which the company initially conducted to meet the demands of its Mexican clients, will allow it to move into new markets as it satisfies an increasing demand for kosher-certified products worldwide.

The kosher certification was carried out by the audit firm Ko Kosher Service, headquartered in the Philadelphia region, US, with global partners in Australia, Canada, Europe and Israel.
