Prinova Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The Ingredient House (TIH). TIH is active in the sweetener, polyol and specialty ingredient sectors internationally. The increases Prinova's capabilities in the ingredient distribution space.
TIH is a supplier of ingredients to the global food and beverage industry. The company says its adherence to improved quality standards allows it to consistently deliver the global supply chain needs of its food and beverage customers.
This acquisition is an opportunity for Prinova to further leverage industry relationships and integrate The Ingredient House's supply chain advantages into its existing business, the company says.
