In this role, Rapier will oversee product evaluation, sourcing and innovation to ensure quality across all stages of development and manufacturing.
Amy is an authority in the quality control field with nearly two decades of experience implementing safety measures in both food and packaging.

As Quality Director, Rapier will develop, manage and implement food safety standards across ingredient sourcing, new product development, regulatory, compliance and quality services. She will be a safeguard that customers can rely on to deliver the high-performance products they’ve come to expect from California Natural Color.
For the past 15 years, Rapier served as a leader in quality program development and implementation for the food and beverage industry. She also brings experience from additional commercial food brands, making her a well-rounded expert in the diverse applications of California Natural Color’s products. She holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
