Milind Sarwate has joined OmniActive Health Technologies' Board of Directors as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective 30 April, 2020.

Milind Sarwate is the Founder & CEO of Increate Value Advisors, which focuses upon value creation for listed and unlisted companies and has over 36 years of leadership experience in promotership, governance, risk management, capability building for finance, HR, structuring, talent management, strategy, corporate branding and maximising social sector impact.
