The focus from the company this year will be on functional foods
Herbal extract manufacturer Sabinsa Japan is preparing for this year’s Health ingredients (Hi) Japan trade show, focusing on functional foods.
The show will be held Oct 12-14 in Tokyo’s Big Sight West Halls 1 and 2, and the Atrium.
In addition to exhibiting the company’s portfolio of ingredients, Sabinsa will also showcase a variety of food products from various countries which contain the company’s ingredients, demonstrating strong growth in the functional foods category.
To support that growth, Sabinsa will demonstrate six prototype food samples manufactured in Japan including bread, chewable tablets, gummies, stick jelly, and freeze dried blocks containing key ingredients White Curcuminoids, LactoSpore, Saberry, Citrin K BG, Curcumin C3 Complex and others.
Sabinsa will also present a seminar on food product concepts that can be adapted by using Sabinsa ingredients: Examples of Using Natural Materials in Foods - Case Studies from Japan and Overseas on Thursday October 13th 12:00-12:20 and Friday October 14th 15:00-15:20 in West Hall 2.
