European nutraceuticals market expected to be worth US$415.32m by 2018, says new report

The amino-acids, peptides and proteins market in Europe is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.1% from around US$291.49m in 2012 to $415.32m by 2018, according to a new report from MicroMarket Monitor, to be published in September.

Germany holds a maximum share in the amino-acids, peptides & proteins market of around 23%.

In Europe, there are five major major players in this market: ADM (US), Cargill (US), Kerry Ingredients (US), Ajinomoto (Japan) and others. Kerry Ingredients (US) is the major player with a share of 6%, followed closely by DSM (5.86%).
