Leading supplement provider, Hench Nutrition (Norwich, UK), has recently formed a partnership with Bear Grylls’ company, Bear Grylls Ventures (BGV) to launch a brand new range of supplement products to the UK market.
Bear, around the release of his new fitness title, ‘Your Life – Train for It,’ had tried the Hench Nutrition branded products. Following this, immediate contact was made between BGV and John Horwell, Managing Director of Hench Nutrition Ltd, to discuss the possibility of collaborating on a project.
‘The partnership with Bear Grylls is an example of how you never know what is round the corner when you run your own business’ says John. ‘One minute I was sieving through my emails at the factory in Norwich, the next I was flying to Los Angeles to discuss a range of branded Bear Grylls protein shakes and energy bars. It was from here that the Bear Grylls Nutrition brand was born.’
After months of product development meetings and trials, Bear Grylls Nutrition now offers six innovative, protein-enriched products that are designed to promote a lean and healthy physique. The ‘Bear Grylls – Fuel for Life’ product range is available in a mix of great flavours, are easy to prepare in less than 5 minutes and average at a very affordable £1 per serving, making it one of the most competitive on the market.
