Japanese ingredients company will give $150,000 to a brand launching a Floradapt finish product

Kaneka has announced the launch of Naturally Smart Probiotics Contest, the first initiative of its Innovation Award programme.
The free contest giveaway is an incentive for innovative brands to launch Floradapt finished product formulations onto their portfolio. Kaneka said it will recognise the winner with $150,000.
The second phase of the Innovation Award programme will be announced at Expo West in 2020.
As part of the initiative, Kaneka will provide the opportunity for nine contest winners to receive up to 5,000 free units of one of the three key Floradapt products: Baby Colic, Cardio, and Intensive GI probiotic finished product.
The campaign is open to current and prospective corporate clients in the United States and Canada, and entry into the contest can be done online via the Floradapt website.
All contest applications must be submitted by 27 December 2019, Midnight PST. The winners will be announced on 6 January 2020.
Kaneka explained that Floradapt's patented and clinically tested probiotic strains come from sources around the world which have not been affected by western lifestyle, diet, or medicine. Therefore, these products provide highly bio-efficacious effects for various stages of life.
Floradapt has an extensive bank of over 1,000 acid-resistant clinical strains for targeted health conditions including Cardio, Intensive GI, Digestive, Oral Health, Mature Immune Defense, Baby Colic, Urinary Tract and Vaginal Health.
