Company aims to increase revenue and yields

SOHM, Inc. (www.sohm.com), a manufacturer of generic pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products, has announced that they have signed a private label contract manufacturing agreement for their nutraceutical units.

Shailesh Shah, President and CEO, announced that SOHM India has signed a private label contract manufacturing agreement with a pharmaceutical company based at India for their 10 nutraceutical products.

Mr Shah states that this opportunity will help the company to generate future revenues and also increase its yields.

The food, dietary supplement, vitamin and nutraceutical market is predicted to grow at a constant CAGR of 9% during 2013-2018. Growth is expected to be driven by natural and traditional supplements, and it's estimated that the Indian nutraceutical market value will reach almost $2700 million by 2016.

SOHM looks to continue its current product lines and, according to Mr Shah, this development should help the company to go beyond its current revenue and profit targets for 2015.
