Swiss milk processing specialist HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition has announced the launch of a new joint venture with infant nutrition company Pharmalys Laboratories.
The pair will jointly own the new company, Hochdorf Laboratories SA, combining HOCHDORF's world-class Swiss production technology and manufacturing expertise with Pharmalys' brand portfolio and established global market access.
The new company will focus on infant nutrition, bringing together the pair's intellectual property and technical know-how into one legal entity, which HOCHDORF said will drive increased efficiency and sustainable, profitable growth.
